  Called them to fix our water heater. This guy named Scott came and saw it was leaking and quoted us $525. Then when the work was done, he added on $100 for the leaks he already saw. When we complained, he called us cheap Indians (we are from the middle east). To top it off he sent us the receipt with Patel written on it even though that is not my name. Highly racist and dishonest! Please avoid at all costs. (Nice to see a company calling its customers dishonest.)

  Scott and RJS has been doing a great job keeping our old furnace going for years and has proved to be a reliable service provider that goes out of their way to help find the best solution for the homeowner. The time to replace finally arrived and RJS just completed a complete furnace and AC install. I can't say enough about the great job they did. Right from the start the guys were friendly and courteous and got right to work. They took good care with tarps to protect the carpet, did a great job on the install and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Scott and RJS to anyone needing service work or new equipment. Everything they did from start to finish gets 5 stars in my book.
