  Done Just Right did me wrong.
  
  I hired them primary because I needed cat urine smell removed from my carpet.
  
  At first it seemed they did an okay job. And to be honest, I didn't get on all fours and sniff the carpet when it was dry, but I didn't smell any odors when I was in the vicinity of the accidents.
  
  Fast forward to now: my infant son and I are doing Tummy Time and playing on the carpet. AAAAAND I smell cat urine. So I get down to sniff and confirm that's what I've smelled. ugh, gross. And definitely not sanitary. This is what I was trying to avoid in the first place by hiring Done Just Right.
  
  I reached out to them via email explaining the urine smell is still there and asking what they could do to rectify the situation. They responded, telling me they could return for a fee of $75 and re-clean, but it was not guaranteed to eliminate the odor.
  
  If they knew they couldn't get rid of the urine smell, they should have indicated that when I called and made the appointment..or even when they showed up to clean my carpets. Why would I pay them MORE money to return? Honestly, I don't think they treated those particular areas of my carpet with any other chemicals or care vs the rest of the carpet.
  
  I responded that I'll hire a company who advertises (and guarantees) that they can eliminate pet odors from carpeting.
