  We moved Chicago > Denver in July 2017.
  
  Pros:
  The crews on both ends of the move were great. The office staff in Chicago was friendly and helpful with all of the prep. Everything arrived in good shape and nothing was lost. The total cost came in under some of the other larger national moving companies, which is a big reason I chose them.
  
  Cons:
  Our shipment was delayed for nearly a week due to complications with the driver. I think a replacement driver should have taken over. They did cover hotel fees for a few days to help accommodate us and our pets during the heatwave since we had no bed or window a/c units - all on the truck.
